Ilona Perry is an American of Latinx descent born in Bermuda. She spent over ten years in the finance industry in various roles from accounting to marketing, working with Fortune 500 companies. She helped start-up two companies, one valued at over ten million in its second year, and another with a billion dollars of capitalization.

Since turning her focus to the film industry, she has been involved in everything from screenwriting and acting to producing. Ilona’s projects invariable involved female leads. Her screenplay Cuban Dream chronicles the life of her mother as a first generation American escaping Cuba in 1959 with her family to start a new life in Miami. She was educated at University of South Florida, and is an avid hiker, currently based in Los Angeles.
